Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 3patta ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 3patta online gambling platform available at 3patta.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, casino games, sports betting products, payment services, and customer support channels.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any feature of the 3patta platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content and effect, and that you agree to comply with all provisions contained herein. This agreement is effective from the moment you create your 3patta account or, where no account is required, from the moment you first access the platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 3patta. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3patta reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 3patta, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or partnership registering on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number registered with Jazz, Zong, Ufone, Telenor, or Warid.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 3patta account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested permanent exclusion from the 3patta platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3patta reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

By completing registration, you warrant and represent that all information you have provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without payment of any outstanding balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3patta account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

3patta will never contact you via telephone, SMS, email, or any other channel to request your full password or OTP. Any communication purporting to be from 3patta that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

You must notify 3patta immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until we receive such notification, all transactions conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. 3patta accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3patta reserves the right to suspend any account that exhibits unusual login patterns, multiple failed authentication attempts, or activity consistent with unauthorised access, pending an investigation. During such a suspension, access to the account balance and withdrawal facilities may be temporarily restricted.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 3patta platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. 3patta does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency wallets.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply to all payment methods and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. These thresholds are subject to change at 3patta's discretion and may vary based on your account verification status and transaction history.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section, subject to completion of any applicable KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. 3patta reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for accounts that have not previously completed full identity verification.

• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into your 3patta account, unless an alternative method is expressly approved by our compliance team.
• Withdrawals may not be processed to payment accounts held in a name other than the name registered on your 3patta account.
• 3patta reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Any bank charges, JazzCash transaction fees, or EasyPaisa service charges levied by the payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

3patta does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the Company reserves the right to introduce reasonable processing fees on future transactions with appropriate advance notice to players.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 3patta offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 3patta promotions:

• Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will be removed from the account without compensation.
• 3patta reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player opting in, and to modify the terms of an ongoing promotion where reasonably necessary, with notice to affected players.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per shared device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the 3patta platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are governed by the specific game rules provided within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All sports betting markets, including PSL cricket betting, international cricket fixtures, basketball, and other events, are governed by 3patta's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately within the sportsbook section of the platform. Key general principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• 3patta reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, incorrect event data, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (including but not limited to event cancellations, weather interruptions, or technical failures).
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface. 3patta reserves the right to adjust maximum stakes for individual players at its discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or event, the outcome recorded in 3patta's system logs shall be treated as the definitive result, subject to the dispute resolution procedure outlined in these Terms.

3patta is committed to offering games that are fair and transparent. All random number generator (RNG) games are independently certified and audited for compliance with internationally recognised fairness standards. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information section.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3patta platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with your 3patta account.
• Money Laundering: Using the 3patta platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of any funds. 3patta is required by applicable financial regulations to report suspicious transactions.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game format.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to place wagers on the platform without direct human interaction.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in odds markets, or any technical malfunction to derive an unintended financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will not be paid out.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one 3patta account, or using another person's account credentials to access their account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or reversals through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking partner without first engaging the 3patta dispute resolution process.

3patta employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction at any time. During an investigation, the relevant account may be suspended and withdrawal requests placed on hold. The outcome of any investigation conducted in good faith by 3patta's compliance team is final.

Responsible Gaming

3patta takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The Company provides a range of tools to assist players in maintaining control over their gambling activity:

Intellectual Property

All content on the 3patta platform — including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 3patta or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 3patta platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works from any platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the 3patta software.
• Using the 3patta brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without the express prior written consent of the Company.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the platform through automated means for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 3patta's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action under applicable Pakistani and international intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3patta's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the platform, shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the player into their 3patta account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3patta shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or 3patta had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from network connectivity issues, internet service provider failures, or device malfunctions experienced on the Player's end.
• Losses resulting from circumstances beyond 3patta's reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental action, or platform outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on information provided on the platform that was subsequently found to be erroneous due to a technical fault.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Pakistani law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 3patta.

Privacy & Data

3patta processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have in relation to your data.

In summary, 3patta collects and processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and identity verification, transaction processing and fraud prevention, regulatory compliance including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations, platform personalisation, and customer support. 3patta does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

3patta reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where changes are required on shorter notice for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the 3patta platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting our support team.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks and the terms of 3patta's operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and 3patta, you should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team, providing a clear written description of the issue. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 3patta's licensing authority.
